Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
You’re not required to be home during your service. You can give us access by key, code, intercom, or simply let us in before heading out. Our team will securely lock up when finished. We also offer a lockbox solution to keep your key safe for ongoing cleanings.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and email money transfers after the service is completed and invoiced. We do not accept cash or payment during the service itself.
Can you work around my pets?
We love animals! If your pet is calm, they can stay out during cleaning. If they get anxious or overly curious, crating them is a good option. Just let us know your pet’s temperament in advance, and we’ll make sure everyone’s comfortable.
How can I get an estimate?
Simply contact us via phone, email, or our consultation form. We’ll schedule a quick virtual walkthrough where we learn about your home and needs. Based on that, we’ll send a detailed quote and welcome package.
Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?
Yes. Every member of our team is fully insured, bonded, and goes through a strict background check. Your home and peace of mind are our top priorities.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Absolutely. We bring all the necessary supplies and equipment. If you have a specific product you prefer, just let us know in advance.
Do you clean windows?
Yes, window cleaning is one of our specialized services. We clean both interior and exterior windows, depending on accessibility and safety.
What if I’m not satisfied with the service?
We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If something isn’t right, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll return to make it right — no extra charge.
